Gemelli with feta,mint&olives

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Gemelli or penne
4 ounces Feta cheese; crumbled
½ cup Kalamata olives; sliced
½ cup Mint leaves; chopped
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
18 teaspoons Ground black pepper
1 ounce Fresh spinach; stems removed& torn

Directions

In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well.
