Glazed orange snack cake from mix

Ingredients

2 cups Snack-cake mix
¼ cup Finely chopped candied orange peel, divided
1 Egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup Thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, divided
tablespoon Shortening
½ cup Water
1 cup Confectioners' sugar

Directions

In and 8-inch layer-cake or square pan, stir cake mix and 1 T peel with rubber spatula until well blended. Stir in egg, 2 T orange concentrate, shortening and the water until well blended. Scrape down sides of pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile, in small bowl mix confectioners' sugar with remaining 2 T orange concentrate until smooth; set glaze aside. Cool cake in pan on rack 10 minutes. Spread with orange glaze; sprinkle with remaining 3 T peel. Cool completely.
