Grandma conner's christmas mincemeat cake

¾ cup Shortening
cup Sugar
3 cups Flour
¾ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Sour cream
3 eaches Eggs
cup Mincemeat
teaspoon Baking soda
teaspoon Baking powder

STIR IN

Bake at 350~ for 45 minutes until cake tests done. Carolyn's note: Grandma always made this in a tube pan. She'd grease it and make one of those annoying wax paper liners.
