Grandma mohan's mincemeat filling

10 cups Chopped, peeled apples
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
teaspoon Nutmeg
4 cups Water
2 cups Vinegar
2 cups Seedless raisins

Directions

Combine all ingredients in LARGE pan and boil gently until apples are tender but still firm. Either use directly in pies or cookies or can in quart jars. "Unknown"
