Greek-style garbanzo dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
15½ ounce Can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
6 tablespoons Water
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
teaspoon Olive oil
½ teaspoon Lemon rind, grated
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons Green onions, sliced
¼ teaspoon Oregano, dried

Directions

Blend beans, water, lemon juice & garlic in a food processor, until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl & stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes an excellent dip for artichokes.
