Green rice casserole

1⅓ cup Evaporated milk
½ cup Cooking oil 3 eggs
10 ounces Frozen spinach, thawed
½ small Carrot, minced
¼ small Onion minced
2 teaspoons Salt
1 cup Shredded sharp cheese
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 cups Cooked long grain rice

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl beat milk, oil and eggs together until well combined.

Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased CROCK-POT. Cover and cook on Low 3 to 4 hours. Stir after first hour of cooking.
