Green sauce with capers and herbs

1 | ounce | Fresh mint |
1 | ounce | Capers |
2 | Eggs; hard-boiled | |
4 | tablespoons | Fresh breadcrumbs |
2 | Garlic cloves | |
2 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
8 | tablespoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
1. Finely chop the cucumbers, parsley, mint and capers. Mash the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend everything together to produce a smooth, green sauce. Serve warm or cold.
