Greens with dijonnaise vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Clove Garlic
pinch Salt, pepper and granulated
Sugar
3 tablespoons Olive oil
14 cups Assorted greens

Directions

In small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually whisk in olive oil.

(Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Whisk to recombine.) Place greens in salad bowl. Pour dressing on top; toss gently to coat.
