Mixed green salad with dijon-tarragon dressin

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Head romaine lettuce
2 Heads boston lettuce
2 cups Escarole -- or chicory
Greens
4 tablespoons Lowfat mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Nonfat yogurt -- plain
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons Tarragon

Directions

Rinse greens, pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whick together remaining ingred. dor dressing. Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss until evenly coated.
