2 tablespoons Curry powder or to taste
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Here is a marinade from "Vegetarian Planet" for a curry marinade for vegetables (minus the olive oil!): The author suggests you use vegetables like onions, "sweet" peppers, and mushrooms (probably eggplant and summer squashes too). In her recipe, she served the vegetables over millet with p**nuts.
