Grilled steak with blue cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup White wine vinegar
cup Water
2 tablespoons Soy sauce -- or tamari
1 large Onion -- sliced
2 Cloves garlic -- crushed
¼ teaspoon Pepper -- or to taste
pounds Porterhouse steak
¼ cup Blue cheese, crumbled -- or
To taste

Directions

Combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic & pepper. Score steak lightly on both sides & marinate, covered in refrigerator, several hours or overnight.

Grill steak on one side for 5 - 7 minutes. Turn & top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover & grill another 5 - 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
