Grilled tuna with chinese five spice sauce

1¼ | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice; plus 1 teaspoon |
⅓ | cup | Lite soy sauce |
⅓ | cup | Hoisin sauce |
2 | teaspoons | Honey |
2 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
1¼ | teaspoon | Chinese five spice |
Directions
Marinate the tuna steaks in the sesame oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. While the tuna steaks are marinating, combine the remaining sauce ingredients and heat in a pan for 10 minutes over medium heat. Grill the tuna steaks for 6-7 minutes on each side, turning once, basting each side occasionally with the sauce.
