Grilled whole pomfret

Ingredients

4 mediums Sized pomfrets
100 millilitres Oil for grilling
100 millilitres Oil
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Lime juice; (30 ml)
A few drops Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons White pepper powder; (10 g)
A pinch of mixed herbs

Directions

FOR THE MARINADE

CLEAN the pomfrets and slit them from both the sides. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and check the seasoning. Apply to the pomfrets and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Grill the pomfrets for 10 to 15 minutes or till done. Serve on the hot sizzler tawa with accompaniments like boiled potatoes and tomatoes stuffed with spinach.
