Ham 'n apple pancakes

Ingredients

1 can (21-oz) apple pie filling
2 cups Bisquick original baking mix
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
¾ cup Diced fully cooked smoked ham (about 4 ounces)
½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Sliced green onions; if desired

Directions

HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onions.

POUR batter by scant ¼ cupfuls onto hot griddle.
