Ham and cucumber salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs (3-oz) lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Boiling water
cup Cold water
¼ cup Vinegar
1 cup Slivered; cooked ham
1 cup Sliced celery
¾ cup Diced; drained pineapple
½ cup Thinly sliced quartered cucumber
¾ teaspoon Grated onion (up to)
3 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
Radish roses
Cucumber slices

Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar.

Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients except radish roses and cucumber slices. Pour into two 1-quart ring molds. Chill until firm.

Unmold on platter. Garnish with radish roses and cucumber slices. Serve with your favorite dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
