Ham and cucumber salad

Ingredients

2 | packs | (3-oz) lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | cups | Boiling water |
1½ | cup | Cold water |
¼ | cup | Vinegar |
1 | cup | Slivered; cooked ham |
1 | cup | Sliced celery |
¾ | cup | Diced; drained pineapple |
½ | cup | Thinly sliced quartered cucumber |
¾ | teaspoon | Grated onion (up to) |
3 | tablespoons | Prepared horseradish |
Radish roses | ||
Cucumber slices |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients except radish roses and cucumber slices. Pour into two 1-quart ring molds. Chill until firm.
Unmold on platter. Garnish with radish roses and cucumber slices. Serve with your favorite dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
