Crunchy baked ham salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Ham; cooked, cubed
1 cup Celery; chopped
¾ cup Mayonnaise;
½ cup Olives; pimiento-stuffed; chopped
2 Eggs; hard-cooked; chopped
¼ cup Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice;
teaspoon Mustard; prepared
dash Pepper;
1 cup Potato chips; crushed

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
