Ham cheese mold (m_c-tc)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 ounces Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
½ teaspoon Onion salt
3 cups Hormel chunk ham (mash with fork)
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped

Directions

Cream the cheese together with lemon juice, worcestershire and onion salt.

Stir in ham, pecans and green pepper. Spoon into mold that has been lined with saran wrap. Cover and chill overnight.
