Molded ham salad

Ingredients

1 | pack | (3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin |
¼ | teaspoon | Onion salt |
1 | dash | Ground cloves |
1 | cup | Boiling water |
¾ | cup | Cold water |
3 | tablespoons | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
1½ | cup | Chopped boiled ham |
1 | cup | Small raw cauliflower flowerets |
½ | cup | Diced celery |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped pimiento |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin, onion salt, and cloves in boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy; add remaining ingredients. Put into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
