Ingredients

1 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tablespoons | Jalapeno vinegar* |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
6 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | medium | Zucchini; diced |
1 | medium | Tomato; diced |
½ | Sweet onion; diced |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
