Herb and wine baked salmon steaks

1 | 680 gram pac frozen salmon steaks; defrosted | |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
30 | grams | Fish herb selection pack |
125 | millilitres | Dry white wine; (4fl oz) |
Directions
Place each salmon steak on a separate piece of foil brushed with oil.
Divide the herb pack evenly between the four steaks then sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of wine and wrap up to form a parcel.
Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.
Remove herbs and serve immediately with new potatoes and green beans.
