Herbed salmon steaks

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Salmon steaks
1 tablespoon Flour
2 tablespoons Plus (see next line) lowfat margarine
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Dry white wine
1 teaspoon Dried basil
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon
½ teaspoon Dried rosemary, crumbled
2 tablespoons Minced onion flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse fish and pat dry. Rub flour into both sides of fish. Melt margarine in saute pan, cook fish for 5 minutes. turn and cook 5 minutes more. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.

Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with pan juices.

Per serving: 34g protein, 15g fat, 4g carb., 159mg sodium, 94mg chol., 292 calories.
