Herbed cheese calzone

175 | grams | Goats cheese; crumbled (6oz) |
175 | grams | Asparagus or purple-sprouting broccoli; blanched (6oz) |
1 | Garlic clove | |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh marjoram; chopped |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Divide the dough into 4 and roll out into rounds.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, divide into 4 and place on one half of each circle. Brush the edges of the dough with water, fold over and press together. Fold over again, to make a firm seal.
Cook in a preheated oven at 220øC/425øF/gas mark 7 for 15-18 minutes until the edges are just brown, golden and crisp.
Serve with a herb and leaf salad.
