Herbed cheese calzone

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Quantity pizza dough
175 grams Goats cheese; crumbled (6oz)
175 grams Asparagus or purple-sprouting broccoli; blanched (6oz)
1 Garlic clove
2 tablespoons Fresh marjoram; chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Divide the dough into 4 and roll out into rounds.

Mix the remaining ingredients together, divide into 4 and place on one half of each circle. Brush the edges of the dough with water, fold over and press together. Fold over again, to make a firm seal.

Cook in a preheated oven at 220øC/425øF/gas mark 7 for 15-18 minutes until the edges are just brown, golden and crisp.

Serve with a herb and leaf salad.
