Herbed hummus with pistachios

Yield: 3 cups

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Hummus bi tahini
½ cup Watercress, finely chopped
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Pistachio nuts
½ cup Cilantro, finely chopped
½ cup Pistachios
\N \N Pita wedges

GARNISH

Place hummus in a bowl & fold in watercress & cilantro. Taste to correct seasonings. Cover & chill in the refrigrator. Before serving, add chopped pistachios, drizzle with olive oil & garnish with additional nuts. Serve with pita wedges.
