Turkey and mushroom burgers (fbfj97a)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Egg white; (about 2 tbsp)
¼ cup White wine; dry
cup Soft french bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 pounds Ground turkey (breast best)
teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Shallots; finely chopped
2 ounces Mushrooms; finely chopped
½ x Cooking spray

Directions

In medium size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir in crumbs, salt, pepperm and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about ½ inch thick. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!).
