Home made fatfree baking mix

Ingredients

3¼ | cup | Flour; All-Purpose, unsifted |
½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Nonfat Dry Milk |
½ | cup | Cornstarch |
1 | tablespoon | Baking Powder |
1 | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix together. You will need to cover tightly and store. Stir before using.

NOTES : I have found it to be heavier and it doesn't brown as nicely during baking as the real thing. It does satisfy the craving for those recipes that call for Bisquick! For shortcakes, with 2¼ c. mix add ⅔ c. skim milk
