Home style kosher dill pickles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Head fresh dill
1 Clove garlic
1 Jalapeno pepper (opt)
2 quarts ; water
1 quart Vinegar
1 cup Non-iodized salt

Directions

TO EACH QUART JAR ADD

BRING TO BOIL

Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack in jars. These should be room temperature.

Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars. Pickles will be ready in 3 ~ 4 weeks, depending on size of cucumbers.
