Quick dill pickles

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | quarts | Water |
1 | quart | White vinegar |
1 | cup | (skimpy) canning salt |
Directions
Boil hard for 5 minutes or so. Do not use heinz or real strong vinegar. Fill large picles into jars. Add sprig of dill (and garliic for kosher). Pour boiling solution over pickles and seal jars.
