Honey peanutbutter balls
24 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
½ | cup | Honey |
1 | cup | Peanut butter |
2 | cups | Nonfat dry milk; (unreconstituted-dry) |
Directions
Mix well with a spoon the honey and peanutbutter together in a large bowl.
Add the dry milk and stir until well-mixed. (This requires some arm muscles!) Roll small walnut-sized balls with your palms and place on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap or place in a sealable plastic container.
They can stay at room temp. as long as they are covered. They last about 3 days around our house, but can last as long as 3 weeks. These little balls are full of protein (and, yes, fat--but that shouldn't be a concern for kids under 5 or so!).
