Peanut butter-chocolate balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (16 oz) powered sugar
1 (12 oz) jar crunchy peanut
Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Butter or margarine, melted
cup Flaked coconut
cup Graham cracker crumbs
cup Chopped nuts
4 (2 oz) squares chocolate
Flavored candy coating,
Melted

Directions

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Add crumbs, coconut and nuts; shape into 1" balls. Roll in coating; covering well. Remove and place on wax paper until set. Store in an airtight container; can be frozen up to 2 months.
