Hot and garlicky chicken wings

2 pounds Chicken wings; about 15 wings
3 Heads fresh garlic
1 cup Olive oil plus 1 tabl.
10 To 15 drops Tabasco
1 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Disjoint chicken wings, discarding tips, rinse and pat dry. Separate garlic cloves and peel. Place garlic, olive oil and Tabasco in blender or food processor; puree.

Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs and pepper in a plastic bag. Dip wings, one at a time, in the garlic puree and roll in bread crumb mixture coating thoroughly. Coat a shallow nonstick baking pan with oil and add wings in a single layer. Drizzle with remaining garlic in a single layer. Drizzle with remaining garlic puree and sprinkle with any remaining bread crumb mixture. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until brown and crisp. About 15 wings.
