⅔ | cup | chicken stock |
¼ | cup | rice wine vinegar |
¼ | cup | sesame oil |
¼ | cup | honey |
4.00 | tablespoon | soy sauce |
8.00 | turns freshly-ground black pepper |
Directions
In a saucepan add the sesame seeds, salt, stock, vinegar, oil, honey and soy sauce and whisk over high heat until the mixture comes to a full boil. Turn the heat down to medium, add the black pepper and cook, whisking, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. This recipe yields ⅔ cup of sauce.
