Rice wine & soy dipping sauce

1.00 cup rice wine vinegar
2.00 tablespoon sesame oil
1.00 dash soy sauce
3.00 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1.00 teaspoon minced garlic
1.00 tablespoon minced shallots
1.00 tablespoon chopped cilantro
¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
1 salt; to taste
1.00 pinch red pepper flakes
½ carrot; cut matchstick
1 strips -; (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 2 cups of sauce.
