6 pounds CEREAL ROLLED OAT
3 tablespoons SALT TABLE 5LB

Directions

1. ADD SALT AND CEREAL TO BOILING WATER; STIR TO PREVENT LUMPING.

2. RETURN TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND LET SIMMER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY FOR 1 TO 3 MINUTES.

3. TURN OFF HEAT, COVER AND LET STAND BEFORE SERVING (10 MINUTES).
