1 Basic Masa Dough recipe
3 cups Chickpeas; cooked
½ cup Sesame tahini
6 tablespoons Vinegar, brown rice
18 Corn husks
3 Garlic cloves; minced
3 tablespoons Parsley, fresh; chopped
2 tablespoons Tamari

Directions

FILLING

To make filling:

Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste.

Add a bit of water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
