¼ | cup | Butter |
¼ | cup | Karo light syrup |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ | cup | Coconut |
2 | cups | Powdered sugar, (1 lb) |
Cinnamon |
Directions
Cream together butter, syrup, then add vanilla and coconut. Then add a little powdered sugar at a time. Shape into bite size balls. Roll in cinnamon (¼ cup). Put on wax paper. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 3 dozen.
