2 | pounds | Frozen hash browns; slightly thawed *OR* |
58 | ounces | Hominy (2 large cans) |
¼ | cup | Margarine |
¼ | Chopped onion | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | pounds | Cheddar longhorn cheese |
4 | ounces | Diced green chiles (1 can) |
8 | ounces | Sour cream |
10 | ounces | Cream of chicken soup (1 can) |
Non-stick spray | ||
Cornflake crumbs |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes) and spoon into sprayed 13- by 9-inch dish. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
