Italian scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 mediums Potaotes, very thinly sliced
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
10 cans Condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
2 eaches Cloves garlic, minced

Directions

In a greased 6 cup casserole, arrange half of potatoes and half of onion. Sprinkle with ahlf of mozzarella and half parmesan. Repeat layers. In small bowl, combine soup, milk, italian seasoning, and garlic. Spoon over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 400F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
