Jalapeno corn casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
17 ounces Corn, Canned
17 ounces Creamed Corn, Canned
½ cup Corn Meal
2 eaches Eggs
6 tablespoons Wesson Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 eaches Jalapenos, Chopped
½ each Onion, Chopped
8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole.

2. Bake 40 minutes at 350øF.

3. Cover with cheese and put back in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
