Jalapeno cranberry relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Frozen cranberries; finely chopped
4 teaspoons Freshly grated peeled ginger
2 Jalapenos; seeded and chopped (up to 3)
¼ cup Red onion; chopped
4 tablespoons Lime juice
1 cup Orange sections; diced
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 cup Sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients. (For milder version, use fewer jalapenos) Refrigerate relish. Makes 2 pints.
