Jalapeno egg scramble

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Jalapeno peppers
1 large Onion; diced
1 Green pepper; diced
2 tablespoons Butter
12 Eggs
1 large Tomato; diced
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated

Directions

1. Seed and chop jalapenos. In skillet, brown onion and bell pepper in butter. Remove from skillet.

2. Beat eggs until frothy. Pour into skillet and cook until soft and very wet.

3. Add all other ingredients, stir until desired consistency is reached and serve.
