Kahlua cocoa balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Kahlua
¼ cup Light corn syrup
cup Candied cherries, chopped
cup Golden raisins, chopped
cup Fine vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup Powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup Pecans, finely chopped
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
Coatings (see below)

Directions

In bowl, combine Kahlua, corn syrup, cherries and raisins. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Shape in small balls. Roll in desired coating, Cover and store in cool, dark place. Makes about 4 dozen.

Coatings: Cocoa powder, powdered sugar, flaked coconut, chopped or ground nuts.
