Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 Eggs
½ pounds Butter (no margarine!)
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 cups Flour (or more)
Sugar for sprinkling

Directions

Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, salt, milk & flour. Mix well & knead dough.

Roll small amounts of dough (about walnut size) until paper thin. Fry in deep fat until golden brown, drain on paper towel & sprinkle with sugar.
