Lady sysonby's creamy horseradish sauce

½ teaspoon Mustard
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons Fresh horseradish; grated
fluid ounce Duble cream; slightly whipped
1 pinch Salt

Directions

Mix in the ingredients in the order given, stirring in the cream very lightly. Stand on ice.
