Lamb patties with kiwefruit sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground lamb
cup Soft bread crumbs
cup Dry red wine or vegetable
Broth
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dried rosemary, crushed
2 smalls Cloves garlic, minced
1 medium Kiwifruit, peeled and
Mashed
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp.
Dried mint leaves, crushed
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Lime juice

Directions

KIWIFRUIT SAUCE

Prepare Kiwifruit Sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 10 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, Turning once. Serve with sauce. 9 grams fat per serving
