Lemon herb barbecued shrimp

Ingredients

cup Catsup
½ cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Gravy Mstr or Ktchn Bouquet
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
½ teaspoon Ground cumin seed
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
teaspoon Paprika
1 x Cayenne pepper to taste
2 pounds Lge shrimp; (20 -25 count)
6 eaches Bamboo skewers - soaked in water for 30 min.
¼ large Lemon; seeded and finely minced, incldg rind

Directions

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a small saucepan; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently; thread shrimp, interlapping, on skewers; grill 4-6" from hot glowing coals, 3-5 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with lemon mixture; DO NOT OVERCOOK!
