Lemon-dill coating mix - modified

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
15 Ryvita Snackbread, finely crushed
2 tablespoons Grated lemon rind
4 teaspoons Dried whole dillweed
teaspoon Dry mustard

Directions

FOR LEMON-DILL COATING: Combine all ingredients in large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well.

Store tightly sealed in refrigerator; shake well before each use. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).

Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

NOTES : Use coating mix for fish or chicken.
