Lemon-dill fish fillets - modified

1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh squeezed lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Lemon-Dill Coating Mix - modified |

Directions
FOR FISH: Whisk lemon juice and olive oil together. Brush juice/oil mixture onto both sides of each fish fillet; sprinkle with salt. Place ½ cup Lemon-dill Coating in a shallow dish; dredge fish in topping. Place fish in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield: 4 servings. Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
NOTES : Use coating mix for fish or chicken.
