Lemon-dill salmon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 4-6 oz ea salmon fillets;
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 tablespoon Lemon juice;
¼ teaspoon Dillweed;
teaspoon Salt OR TO TASTE;
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Place salmon fillets o n greased broiler rack. Combine remaining ingredients and baste fillets. Broil 4" from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Baste frequently. Do not turn. Salmon is cooked when it flakes with a fork. Garnish with dillweed leaf.
