Lettuce with sour-cream dressing

¼ | cup | Cider vinegar |

¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
6 | Scallions -- sliced | |
1 | Lettuce head |
Directions
Mix together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper and scallions.
