Liberian banana cream of wheat bread

4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | cup | Mashed bananas |
2 | Eggs | |
1½ | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Unsaturated oil |
Directions

Gradually add bananas, egg, water, and oil. Blend well. Bake in greased 8-inch by 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 F. until knife stuck in center of cake comes clean. Remove from pan and cool. Serves 4.
